Woman with metal weapon holds up pharmacy

Police are hunting for a woman who held up a pharmacy in Oyster Harbour with a metal weapon yesterday morning.

Albany Detectives are appealing for information from the public on the robbery at the Bayonet Head Road pharmacy at about 9.20am yesterday.

Police said a woman entered the pharmacy with a metal weapon and began removing medication from behind the front counter.

The offender then threatened staff with the weapon before fleeing the store with various medications.

She was last seen near the Bayonet Head Road Shopping Centre.

The offender is described as being in her 20s, with an olive complection and a slim build.

She was wearing a red long-legged pyjama pants and a grey hooded-jumper.
