West Coast head to the Gold Coast to take on the Suns without star No.1 pick Harley Reid for the first time this season.

Liam Ryan is the big name inclusion for the Eagles, who also re-gain Luke Edwards and Harry Edwards.

Star defender Tom Barrass will miss through suspension, while Noah Long (hip) is out injured and Reid has been managed.

Gold Coast have made two changes of their own, with Rory Atkins and Sam Day in for Ethan Read (managed) and Bodhi Uwland (omitted).

Bounce down is at 11am AWST at People First Stadium. Follow all the action in our live blog.

Far too little, far too late

After West Coast kicked the first two goals of the last quarter, Gold Coast hit back a steadier.

Jack Darling responded with his second of the afternoon, but it’s all far too little and far too late for the Eagles.

Gold Coast are killing the Eagles by sheer weight of numbers inside 50, almost doubling the visitors in that metric.
