IN PICTURES: Taste Great Southern guest chef Analiese Gregory cooks up a storm at Albany Farmers Market

Albany Farmers Market regulars got a behind-the-scenes look at star chef Analiese Gregory at work on Saturday at a special event to mark the opening weekend of Taste Great Southern. After cooking in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and Sydney, Gregory swapped the fast-paced kitchens for the quiet life in Tasmania, where she has since starred in the SBS cooking series a A Girl’s Guide to Hunting, Fishing and Wild Cooking. Gregory stopped by each market stall to speak with local growers and collect fresh produce to prepare a delicious mushroom pasta with help from local TAFE student Denny Moncrieff.
