Two of Albany's most prestigious mansions are up for sale, with another close to Denmark rounding off a weighty high-end property market in the region.

The White House, which housed Albany's first mayor, William Finlay, is a grand Federation-style building with significant heritage value and sweeping views of the port.

Set on more than 3000sqm of land, this five-bedroom, two-bathroom colonial house is on the market for $2.5 million.

Also up for sale on Grey Street is former five-star heritage accommodation The Rocks, which boasts seven ensuite bedrooms and overlooks Princess Royal Harbour.

This estate has been through numerous transformations.

Built for Albany mayor William Knight in 1882, the State Government used the property as a recovery home for wounded soldiers in World War I.

It later became a private hospital and was even a hostel for girls at Albany Senior High School at one point. You will now need $4.25 million if you're interested.

The Nullaki peninsula is famous for its well-preserved coastline and large plots of land, and this five-bedroom property has views across ocean, paddocks and forests.

Overlooking its own botanical garden, this European-style residence even has two separate residences for a caretaker and farm manager, and comes in at $3.88 million.

Advertised as a "Nullaki future development opportunity", this listing has 472ha of land and 4.1km of ocean frontage.

With the Great Southern Ocean on one side and the West Cape Howe National Park on the other, this property is on the market for $4.4 million.
