Bluff Knoll was the setting for the highest Dawn Service in Western Australia this morning.

A group of hikers made the gruelling trail to the top of the highest peak in the southern half of the state for a unique Anzac Day service to raise money for military charity Legacy.

The hikers left well before dawn on the four-hour round trip, carrying Australian and New Zealand flags.

Despite the rain and poor visibility the group reached the summit and took this photo.
