Chance of thunderstorms for Albany

There is a chance of a thunderstorm this evening in Albany and revellers heading to the show may need to take an umbrella.

While today’s maximum is expected to reach 20 the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts a 100 per cent chance of rain in town and a chance of thunderstorm.

On Friday the maximum will drop to 17 with a shower or two forecast while on Saturday the forecast is for 18 with possible morning showers.

The Albany Agricultural Show runs on Friday and Saturday.
