A passenger on a Transperth bus has been taken to hospital with minor injuries after a truck smashed into the back of the stationary vehicle in Wanneroo.

A woman in her 20s has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital under normal road conditions after the crash on Wanneroo Road near Pinjar Road about 11.50pm.

The truck — a Midland Brick vehicle — is understood to have been full of bricks at the time.

No other injuries have been reported.
