Bradley Allan Noakes: $1200 fine for indecent act on woman’s porch while on methamphetamine

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT An Albany FIFO worker has been fined for an indecent act on a woman’s porch while on methamphetamine. Bradley Allan Noakes, 37, appeared in Albany Magistrates Court on Thursday on one charge of indecent act with intent to insult or offend any person, and one charge of without lawful excuse trespassed on a place. Police prosecutor Sgt Warrick Walker told the court that on the night of January 25, Noakes stripped his shirt off and began masturbating while watching pornography on a woman’s porch. He was captured on CCTV, and the resident reported the footage to police. Legal Aid lawyer Lucy Bourne said Noakes, a FIFO worker, had successfully completed the Alcohol and Other Drugs Diversion Program and sought a fine for her client. Magistrate Elaine Campione said the offending was “distressing” for the woman. “Hopefully, you have given up the meth use,” she said. Noakes was given a global fine of $1200 and ordered to pay $141.50 in court costs.
