Woman in her 70s transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after two-car crash in Katanning

A woman in her 70s has been injured after her car collided with another vehicle and rolled, trapping her inside, in Katanning. Emergency services were called to the crash at the corner of Clive and Adam streets at 8.24am on Tuesday. Fire and rescue services freed the woman from her vehicle, which had rolled on to its side. St John WA transported the woman, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, to Katanning Hospital where she is being treated for a broken bone. Two volunteer fire and rescue crews and two St John Ambulance crews attended the crash and are still on the scene. More to come.
