Len Brown, Alan Spence and Ken Luff won all four of their games to advance to the next round while Helen McFarlane, Lynette Erickson and Terry Martin won three matches to also secure their place.
These teams now progress to the regional finals in a bid to qualify for State elimination finals.
Teams can progress from the local qualifiers up to the regional level and then onto the State and national finals.
The national finals will be held at Brisbane’s Club Pine Rivers on November 8-12.
The next BPL cup qualifier in the region will be held on Saturday at Albany Bowling Club.
Another round of competition will qualify more local players as they attempt to ultimately reach the Australian grand final.
