BEER NAME?

Shore Thing summer ale

WHERE’S IT FROM?

Wilson Brewing Co, Albany

WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT IT?

Summer is just around the corner and this brew is one you’re going to want stocked in your fridge when it comes.

Handcrafted by family brewers Wilson Brewing Co in Albany, this refreshing summer ale is light and enjoyable, with enough flavour to keep it interesting.

Shore Thing pours a bright sunshine yellow, with a slight haze and a frothy head. A combination of Galaxy and Citra hops creates a fusion of fruity aromas and juicy tropical flavours to keep you sippin’ away.

Produced using Pilsner and Wheat malts, the beer is crisp but also leaves a wheaty taste on the palate.

It’s a great option for those looking to branch out to something a little different from their usual pilsner or lager on a hot day (or any day) who don’t want anything too strong.

I find the 4.2% ABV brew is super easy to drink. It’s fresh, a little fruity and definitely brings the summer vibes.

I think it’s a ‘Shore Thing’ you’re going to enjoy it.

SHOULD I SHARE IT?

Definitely. It would be easy to sink a few of these with your mates.

WHAT’S THE DAMAGE?

$16.49 for a four-pack

RATING?

4.5/5
