Nearly 100 players from six regions came together to do battle for the prestigious title, with hosts Lower Great Southern narrowly going down on their home turf.

Comprising players from Condingup, Esperance, Hopetoun, Ravensthorpe and Scadden, the South East Coastal zone prevailed in a tight finish, collecting eight points and 11 rinks to edge out LGS on eight points and 10 rinks.
