Sailability program volunteers and participants enjoy BBQ wind-up at Princess Royal Sailing Club
Princess Royal Sailing Club’s Sailability program wound up its activities for the year with a BBQ and musical items performed by some of its volunteers last Thursday.
Sailability enables people with a range of disabilities to enjoy some time on the water each Thursday morning with the help of PRSC members and volunteers.
Participants and their support people have the choice of sailing in one of the four yachts or the club’s power boat.
This is followed by a social gathering at the club, where refreshments are available.
There will be a winter layoff before sailing resumes in November for the Sailability program.
Anyone interested in joining can contact co-ordinator Greg Dellar on 0439 962 996 or sailability@prsc.com.au.
