Each rider was required to do four runs of the Pilot Trail on Mt Adelaide and received a playing card for each run before collecting their fifth and final card at the annual general meeting and presentation at the conclusion of the event.

The rider with the best poker hand took home the $100 Bob’s Bikes voucher.

The event was designed for fun and accessibility for all skill levels.

Incoming AMBC president Dora Adeline said it was a great day.

“How fantastic it was to see so many enthusiastic and skilled young riders dominating the record turnout,” she said.

An estimated 40 prizes were donated by the club and their sponsors.

The club is always welcoming new members off all ages and abilities to compete in a range of events and disciplines throughout the year.
