Local businesses learn tips and tricks for securing government tenders at Albany Business Centre workshop

It was a packed house at the Albany Business Centre last week when 19 businesses learned about how they could potentially take advantage of State government contract opportunities. The workshop, which was supported by the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, was a chance for local businesses to learn about the State government tender process. The session was led by Procurement Plus director John Filippone who informed attendees about government policies and practices so that they could better position themselves to successfully bid for tenders. Attendees will also be able to benefit from free consultations with Mr Fillippone over coming months when putting together tender applications.
