Letter to the Editor: Hoons in McKail out of control
I wish that in some way my writing to you can help bring some awareness to the craziness taking place on the streets around the McKail area.
It is happening more and more frequently, that hoons are choosing our area to conduct out-of-control, disrespectful and downright dangerous activity close to families and homes.
Attached are some photos of the evidence left along Morgan Place after last Saturday night.
It is obvious to see that the vehicle that made these marks used all parts of the road and in some places nearly leaving the road.
My concern as a ratepaying resident, is it won’t be long until some innocent person is badly hurt or killed, or someone will have a car smashing through into their living room.
I would love it if you could send one of your reporters with a camera to take a look at Morgan Place and Timewell Road.
If they were also to look at the Menang Road off ramps near the Albany highway, they would be shocked.
It looks like a revhead’s burnout pad.
