The community has just over 24 hours to provide the City of Albany feedback through the MARKYT Community Scorecard Survey for 2023.

The survey has been open since February 16 and is the best chance Albany residents have to provide feedback to the City on how they rate its services.

The survey is conducted every two years and can be completed online through the City’s website.

Results from the 2021 Community MARKYT Survey were largely favourable for the City based on a strong level of engagement.

Chief executive Andrew Sharpe said the City valued the results of the survey highly.

“The community scorecard is benchmarked across all participating local governments and allows the City of Albany to make sure the services we provide our community are meeting expectations,” he said.

“Every resident that completes the scorecard will be having an important voice in how their City looks into the future.

“The more residents that fill in the survey, the better understanding the City has of how it is meeting community priorities.”

The survey can be accessed by the City’s website until it closes at midnight on Friday.
