Frenchman Bay development

Talitha WolfeAlbany Advertiser

A 25-unit holiday accommodation complex could be built at Frenchman Bay.

Public comment has opened for proposal for 24 units and caretakers dwelling on Frenchman Bay Road.

The development assessment panel application will be available for inspection at the City of Albany’s North Road offices.

Viewing will be available during office hours until April 3.

In an advertisement printed in today’s Albany Advertiser, the City of Albany reminded locals the application was still a proposal.

“This application is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted,” the advert said.
