Big fields of production and junior sedans will compete at Albany’s Attwell Park Speedway in its first meeting of 2021 this Saturday night.
Albany Speedway Club will hold its Amazing Albany 5000 feature and Junior Sedan Madness event.
A strong list of 23 driver nominations have been received for the fifth running of the Amazing Albany 5000 for production sedans.
The entries are headed up by reigning champion Kyle Sayer, who has won the title in the last three seasons.

Victorian State champion and WA resident Beau Riley is among the field along with multiple former State and national production champion and Albany local Ron Belfield.
Jake Blight, Jason Batchelor, Rickie Nuccini, Aydan Trewern and Jacky Moroney are other big names in the production field.
A total of 15 junior sedans have entered for their feature race, including a host of young Great Southern drivers.
Hope Batchelor, Jasmin Kennedy, Syarra Parry and Brock Pearce are among the leading local contenders in the Junior Sedan Madness event.
Racing on the night will also include support divisions production sedans 2, formula 125s and street stocks.
The meeting will be the final chance for street stock drivers to race at the venue before the WA Street Stock Title later this month.
