Albany Community Care welcomes Sam Allen as new CEO almost a year after the resignation of Frank Clemeno

“I’m excited to be taking on this leadership role at ACC,” Mr Allen said. “There are changes up ahead for aged care and alongside the ACC team, I look forward to successfully navigating them.” Ricky Burges, who was temporarily contracted to fill the CEO role and helped with the recruitment, eyed Mr Allen as a suitable candidate and said he had quickly demonstrated why he was the ideal choice for the role. “He is one of the most talented executives I have worked with,” she said. “He brings solid experience, talent, compassion and wisdom to the CEO role. “With more than 15 years leadership experience, he will most capably lead the organisation through the aged care changes ahead.”
